Robert M. Sprock, 74, of Clifton died Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at The Phoenix Center in Haskell.

Born in Passaic, Mr. Sprock was a lifelong Clifton resident. He was an auto mechanic with various businesses in the North Jersey area. He was a veteran of the US Army during the Vietnam War.

At his heart, he was an animal lover , loved the Jersey Shore and race cars.

He was predeceased by his wife, the former Frances M. (nee Valos) Sprock, by his parents, Michael and Loretta (nee Dutton) Sprock and by his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Carol and John Campbell.

Survivors include: his sister-in-law, Stephanie Valos; his brother in law, Stephen Valos and his wife, Mariann; his nephews, Stephen, Jeremy and Zachary, his nieces, Deborah, Lori and Sophia and his dogs, Cujo and Carrie.

There will be a memorial gathering from 4-6 pm on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 with a memorial service at 5:00 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 515 Lexington Ave., Clifton. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to Clifton Friends of the Shelter, 900 Clifton Avenue, Clifton, NJ 07013.
