Marie C. Kerstner

MARIE C. (nee Gilsinger) KERSTNER, 95, of GARFIELD died Sunday at. St. Joseph’s University Medical Center, Paterson.

Born in Garfield, she was a lifelong resident. Mrs. Kerstner retired from Hoffman- La Roche Inc. of Nutley. She was a faithful parishioner of Most Holy Name RC Church, Garfield.

Mrs. Kerstner was predeceased by her husband, Ernest; by her parents, Edward and Cecilia (nee Sutter) Gilsinger, her two brothers, Joseph and Otto Gilsinger and her two sister, Leona Bambach and Josephine Lorenz.

She is survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 9-AM on Thursday at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 515 Lexington Ave., Clifton followed by a 10:30 AM Mass at Most Holy Name RC Church, 99 Marsellus Place, Garfield. Interment Cedar Lawn Cemetery. Visit www.bizubfh to sign the online guest Book.
