Frances C. (Valos) Sprock

Frances C. (nee Valos) Sprock, 72, of Clifton died Saturday, May 27, 2023 at her sister’s home.

Born in Passaic, New Jersey, she was a lifelong Clifton resident. She had been a unit clerk at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, Previously, she was employed a s a key punch operator with Popular Merchandise.

Frances was a graduate of St. Mary’s Assumption RC School and Pope Pius High School, both formerly of Passaic. She loved going to NY Mets games and to Barry Manilow concerts. She was a big animal lover and participated in marches for Animal Rights. Frances also loved hanging out at the New Jersey shore.

She was predeceased by her parents, Stephen E. and Frances C. (nee Frank) Valos and by her sister, Carol (nee Valos) Campbell.

Survivors include: her husband, Robert M. Sprock; her sister, Stephanie Valos of Pompton Lakes; her brother, Stephen Valos and his wife, Mariann of Clifton; her nieces, Deborah Campbell of Williamston, SC and Lori Campbell Aridela of Lodi, NJ; her nephews, Stephen Valos of Elmwood Park, NJ. Jeremy Vazquez Campbell of Lodi, NJ and Zachary Sabino of Williamston, SC.

A Memorial Gathering will take place from 4-7 pm on Friday, June 2, 2023 at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 515 Lexington Ave., Clifton with a Memorial Service at 5:00 pm.
