Catherine (Timko) Dishuk

Catherine (nee Timko) Dishuk, 91, of Garfield died Saturday, March 20, 2021 at home.

Born in Forest City, Pa., Mrs. Dishuk resided in Garfield for over 50 years. She kept busy with her large family. Mrs. Dishuk was a caring and compassion person, and she revolved her life around her children and extended family.

She was predeceased by her husband, Michael Dishuk, in 1981 by her two grandchildren and seven brothers and sisters.

Survivors include: her six children, Michael Dishuk, Jr., David Dishuk, Gary Dishuk and his wife, Susan, Deborah Roselli and her husband, Craig, Yvonne Schmitz and Dorinne Dishuk; her 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 4-8 pm on Wednesday at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 515 Lexington Ave., Clifton. Funeral will be 9:15 am Thursday from the funeral home and 10:00 am at St. Mary’s RC Church, cor. Market and Monroe St., Passaic. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook.
