Carolyn J. King

CAROLYN J. (nee Pasternack) KING, 89, of Clifton died Monday, Dec. 14, 2020.

Born in Passaic, she resided in Clifton for most of her life. She retired as an Accounting Clerk at the former Shulton Co. of Clifton where she worked for 18 years, retiring in 1991.

Ms. King was a parishioner of Most Holy Name of Jesus SNC Cathedral of Passaic.

She is predeceased by two brothers, Ted and Tom Pasternack.

Though she had no children of her own, she inherited five through her marriage who she loved as if they were hers: Patricia, Ricky, Billy, Mary, and Merrill. From these five children she had eight grandchildren: Ricky, Margaret, Kylah, Jasalyn, Nicole, Ian, Matthew, and Andrea.

She is survived by her nephew, Ken Pasternak and her niece, Karen Pasternack and many good friends.  She will forever be remembered as a kind and genuine soul and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Memorial Visitation will be held from 2:00-3:00 pm on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2020 at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 515 Lexington Ave., Clifton followed by a 3:00 pm Memorial Service.
